Job Description:

Assist the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Produce food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically.

Maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation according to recipes and standards.

Use all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately.

Work closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of full Australian Working rights.

  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role (restaurant and/or hotel background required).

  • Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure.

  • Skilled in time management and organisation.
