This role supports the training needs of various sites in Brisbane and the Gold Coast by working as a capable Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will play an important part of the team, ensuring employees receive necessary training and that the business meets all relevant workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project training schedules and logistics for staff members
  • Manage and maintain training data and documents on internal systems
  • Provide data for project reporting purposes
  • Identify and assess potential training opportunities
  • Assist with compliance requirements related to Construction Skills Queensland
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and participate in site-based inductions
