Leadership Opportunity seeks an experienced sales engineering leader to lead and scale a high-performing team across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves defining the Commercial & Mid-Market Sales Engineering strategy, leading a geographically distributed team, and collaborating with global teams to ensure customer needs influence the direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD, SCALE AND MENTOR a distributed team of Sales Engineers.
  • Develop talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding and retention planning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support development plans.
  • Define technical sales strategy for high-velocity segments across APJ.
  • Drive a culture of customer-centricity, fast execution and scalable processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or similar roles, with multiple years of SE leadership.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise SaaS, cloud, observability and security solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and team-building capabilities.
