Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Department Leader to oversee the merchandising and visual standards within our store.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting and guiding their team, and driving sales results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
  • Team Support: Support and guide team members to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
  • Product Knowledge: Actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department
  • Financial Performance: Support management team to improve financial performance within your department
  • Operations: Work with back of house team to ensure product availability and uphold company standards
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in retail or a related industry
  • Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills to execute daily priorities in a timely manner
