About the role

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. The customer journey is paramount
  • Lead and motivate your team, inspiring them to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Train and develop your team to excel in retail, continuously enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory effectively, maintaining stock levels to meet customer needs.
  • Create a visually appealing and safe shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders and departments to drive overall store success.

About you

  • Proven experience in retail leadership with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with both team members and customers.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of building a motivated team ready to tackle challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on approach, committed to ensuring smooth store operations.
