  • Collecting information from customers and clients
  • Entering data into our central database
  • Cataloguing the data with relevant tags for ease of reference
  • Pallet management and coordination
  • Retrieving data as requested
  • Maintaining and updating our database system
  • Generating periodic reports
  • Evaluating and approving Purchase Orders
  • Indexing and filing invoices

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Prior data entry experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • A proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
