Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented graduates to join our prestigious mining engineering graduate program.

This is a 24-month program designed to build your technical and professional capabilities through a structured approach. You will complete coursework, learn on-the-job, rotate into different teams, and contribute to business and technical projects.

  • Rotate into different teams 2-4 times
  • Work alongside industry leaders
  • Collaborate on projects across multiple disciplines
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives
  • Attend technical forums where you will hear inspiring presentations, participate in activities focused on expanding your technical knowledge and networking with other graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

Our graduate program is designed to challenge you as much as we challenge ourselves. We believe in creating a balanced approach to building your skills and abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you should have already graduated in 2024 or 2025 or be eligible for graduation by the end of 2026. Your degree could be from one of the following fields:

  • Mining Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Metallurgy/Minerals Processing

Requirements:

You must also be willing to consider relocation costs and be part of an inclusive and diverse workforce environment.
