Job Description
">As a Service Function Lead, you will oversee the inspection, servicing, and repair of equipment to ensure high standards are met and support service demand.
">About the Role:
">Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and mentor technicians in their day-to-day roles">
- Communicate and monitor safety culture within the branch">
- Coordinate with the office to ensure equipment availability and customer processes">
- Train and guide technicians on service procedures and protocols">
- Monitor and record parts usage">
- Conduct equipment servicing and repairs">
Requirements:
">- Trade qualification - mechanical, hydraulics, fitter, or auto electrical">
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing service demand">
- Ability to solve problems">
- Effective communication skills with staff, management, and customers">
- Experience with EWPs highly regarded">
- Current driver's licence">
