Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team at Starter Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and compiling information, verifying accuracy, and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and compile information from various sources
  • Verify accuracy and sort information for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
  • Work with the design team to gather all necessary data in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of data entry experience
  • Fashion background is a plus, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills
  • Detailed oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Comfortable entering and retrieving data from multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed
  • Strong follow-through skills, especially following up with multiple teams to get the information needed to resolve pending purchase orders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
