Clinical Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager

SA Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse and/or Midwife to lead our Special Care Nursery team.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional clinical expertise, with a genuine compassion for caring for vulnerable infants and a commitment to continuous professional development. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to our team of Nurses and Midwives, ensuring high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Clinical Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to staff members, as well as contributing to the development of evidence-based practice and policies.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will also need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in complex situations.

The salary for this position is estimated at $100,343 - 107,279 per annum, plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits. This is an ongoing full-time position, offering opportunities for career growth and professional development within a supportive and inclusive culture.
