Wellbeing Coordinator Role

The Wellbeing Coordinator is a key role in shaping the resident experience by curating and executing social, educational, and wellness-based activities for our student community.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure events align with marketing objectives and contribute to resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

  • Design and deliver engaging events that reflect resident interests and needs.
  • Source supplies, secure partnerships, and drive community engagement through vendor coordination.
  • Oversee event logistics, including planning, budgeting, bookings, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Align events with marketing objectives through regular collaboration with internal teams.
  • Capture event content and share across marketing channels in line with brand standards.
  • Track and report on event performance, resident feedback, and budget outcomes in a timely manner.
