Second in Charge Opportunity

As a Second in Charge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the creation and implementation of engaging activities based on the preferences of the children in your program.
- Ensure program compliance, maintaining a high-quality service that exceeds industry standards.
- Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community.
- Provide fun and nurturing care for primary school-aged children.
- Develop Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday: 3.00pm - 6.00pm (After School Care).
