The company is a leading civil contractor with over 50 years of global success. They have delivered complex projects across road, rail, water, and utilities.
A $200M+ water pipeline project for Sydney Water in North West Sydney has been secured recently. A Senior Contracts Administrator is required to join the commercial team.
The Role:- Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring commercial outcomes and compliance with project teams.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variations management.
- Procure subcontractors and administer packages.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Support monthly commercial reporting and project audits.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field.
- 10+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably in civil infrastructure.
- Experience working on projects over $50M with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of collaborative delivery models.
