We are seeking a Medical Devices Territory Manager to promote and support our surgical devices portfolio in QLD. This is a key role that requires a strong background in medical devices, particularly surgical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the surgical device portfolio, including features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Ensure proper use of devices during surgical procedures.
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to promote our surgical devices and gather insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Nursing, Physiology or similar).
- Previous experience in medical device sales or product support, preferably in surgical devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for customer visits and training sessions.
Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
