Senior Manager Job Description

The role of Senior Manager involves providing strategic guidance and support to clients in managing fraud risk and driving business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support engagement teams in navigating complex fraud and corporate governance issues, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop deep technical knowledge in fraud detection, prevention, investigation, and crisis management practices, applying this expertise to drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and present at events to enhance our team's reputation and thought leadership in the field of forensics.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience leading complex investigations into suspected fraud or corruption, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to perform quantification of loss calculations and assist clients with insurance recovery and litigation, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience leading teams in undertaking large-scale e-discovery reviews, developing efficient workflows and effective communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to work closely with clients to investigate regulatory incidents or suspected breaches.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing engagements focused on contract reviews to identify overpayments or leakage types, delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide insights into fraud and corruption risk governance, facilitating informed decision-making and driving business outcomes.
