Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Postdoctoral Researcher. This position involves collaborating with our team to develop and refine AI models, ensuring they possess the ability to tackle complex biology problems.
About the Position:
This is a full-time or part-time remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy. You will be responsible for selecting projects that align with your interests and working on your own schedule. Projects are compensated on an hourly basis, starting at $40+ USD per hour, with additional incentives for high-quality and high-volume work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop diverse and complex biology challenges to test the capabilities of AI models.
- Evaluate the output of AI systems to ensure accuracy and performance.
Requirements:
- A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detailed-oriented individual with expertise in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
