Job Description:

The primary focus of this role is to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff. This involves maintaining the internal and external areas of the restaurant, including equipment, carpark, patio, and exterior facilities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to work autonomously, and have a high attention to detail.

This role requires the ability to meet strict timelines, complete ad hoc maintenance tasks, and comply with safety and security standards. The successful candidate will also be well-presented, friendly, and able to engage with customers, suppliers, or contractors in a professional manner.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, tables, chairs, and external areas
  • Preparing the restaurant for trade each day, including setting up equipment and supplies
  • Completing regular cleaning schedules, including mopping, scrubbing, and emptying bins
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the management team
