About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a skilled team dedicated to the operation of a high voltage substation network. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance, repair, construction, and operation of transmission substation plant and equipment.
  • Investigation of faults and provision of feedback to stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to improve efficiency and processes within the organisation.
  • Critical maintenance, commissioning and project works.
  • Resolution of complex problems and support of the network to deliver safe and reliable electricity.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Qld Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licence.
  • Current LVR & CPR Certification.
  • High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform.
  • A current 'C' Class drivers licence.
