About the Role

Talentpath is seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead the transition of our Commercial and Maintenance Delivery project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a new contract, closing out the existing contract, and developing a collaborative PMO and governance structure.

This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of contract management and the ability to lead a team through a complex transition process. You will work closely with our commercial partner to develop a detailed work plan, establish timelines, and ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Transition of the Contract Management System: You will be responsible for leading the transition of our contract management system, ensuring a seamless transfer of processes and procedures.
  • Provide Strategic Direction and Manage Implementation: You will provide strategic direction and manage the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they meet our business needs.
  • Oversee Change Management: You will oversee the change management process, ensuring a smooth adoption of new workflows and minimizing disruption to our business.
  • Collaborate with Executives and Senior Leaders: You will collaborate closely with our executives and senior leaders to align the transition with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Utilize Infrastructure and Maintenance Knowledge: You will utilize your infrastructure and maintenance knowledge to inform performance improvements and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Act as a Liaison between IT and Operational Teams: You will act as a key liaison between our IT and operational teams, bridging gaps and facilitating effective communication.
About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in engineering or a related field, and a strong understanding of infrastructure and maintenance. You should have proven experience in managing transitions and implementing new strategies within heavy industry or similar operational environments.

You should also have strong IT project management experience, particularly in contract management systems, and excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive change and guide teams through complex transitions.

Solid understanding of performance and asset management is also essential for this role.
