About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Building Services Team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to produce comprehensive documentation and drive quality through review of design calculations, specifications, models, and drawings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to participate in bids and tenders, and drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in a Building Services consultancy or Mechanical Contracting field, with RPEQ qualification or Chartership with a relevant professional body.
  • Proven track record of technical design and project delivery, with a strong focus on client relationships and team management.
  • In-depth understanding of Building Services projects and Standards, with the ability to impart technical knowledge to clients, junior engineers, and broader teams.
  • Experience in running multiple technical projects simultaneously, with demonstrable design experience across various market sectors.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to mentor and train younger engineers and designers.
  • Drive quality, innovation, and efficiency improvements within the team.
