About the Job

  • This Administration Assistant opportunity is based in North-West Queensland.
  • General administration, data entry and office support will be provided to the wider team where required.
  • Stock management involves ensuring sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment.
  • Office supplies including stationery, technology, staff uniforms and other general items will be ordered.
  • Office work and documentation will be scanned and filed, with sensitive information handled responsibly and compliantly.
  • CRM systems will be used to track customer freight and resolve queries.
  • Customer queries across multiple divisions will be managed.
  • Customer interactions will be handled with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
  • Clients will be educated on how to use self-service platforms effectively.
  • Regular communication with on-site staff will take place, building relationships with key operations staff to resolve customer queries or requests.
