As a key professional in our branch, you will be playing a vital role in delivering financial services to customers. Our Retail Branch provides face-to-face banking for everyday needs and transactions, while our Contact Centre supports customers through phone or digital channels.

You will have a significant impact on your customers' lives by providing expert advice and support for home loans, business banking, and more. You'll work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that drive growth and stability.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in deep conversations with customers about their financial needs and offer bespoke solutions.
  • Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
  • Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial well-being and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide education and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
  • Solve problems and provide effective solutions while upholding our risk-adverse culture.

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
  • The capacity to ask insightful questions, find innovative solutions, act with integrity, and prioritise the customer's needs above all else.
