Job Description:

This role involves leveraging innovative strategies to drive business outcomes in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen sense for developing overarching brand strategy solutions, as well as tactical social, content, and influencer strategies.

They will also have an out-of-the-box perspective on data and research, enabling them to uncover compelling consumer insights that can be effectively leveraged.

A strong understanding of core marketing principles is also essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include crafting engaging content calendars, comprehensive caption banks, and timely trendjacking posts.

Community management and social listening skills are also crucial for success in this position.

The ability to articulate effective strategic rationale and logical flow, transforming insights into a captivating narrative, is also highly valued.

Experience with various social media platforms and proficiency in social listening and analytics tools are also desired.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Social Strategist, or similar role within an agency or in-house brand team is required.

Expertise in various social media platforms and an understanding of platform-specific content best practices are also essential.

Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools is also desired.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are also required.

A collaborative spirit and a 'we-first' mentality are also essential for success in this role.

A proactive and curious mindset is also highly valued.

Freelance experience is preferred, but not required.
