Senior Banking and Finance Administrator

This role offers the opportunity to work with a top-tier international law firm, assisting lawyers in complex banking and finance matters.
You will provide expert level of efficient, client-focused legal administrative service to lawyers and partners in the firm's litigation and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Review: Review transaction documentation, including leases and contracts of sale
To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable and have the ability to work as part of a team and interact with people from different backgrounds in an energetic way to achieve common goals.
The firm is open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, and a law degree is not required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing complex financial documents
- Assisting lawyers in research and preparation of court documents
- Providing administrative support to the litigation and corporate teams
