We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join our team in Cairns. As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

  • Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during, and post-sale.
  • Contribute to the store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where diversity is celebrated, and creativity and ideas are valued. You will also have access to exciting career opportunities and comprehensive training and development programs as part of the broader Group.

Key Requirements:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Please note that our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
