We are seeking a Casual Seasonal Bookseller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about books and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, where you will be responsible for selling books and other products to customers. You will also be required to maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and be able to make recommendations to customers.

You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and connect with customers in a warm and authentic way.
  • Recommend books with passion, knowledge, and heart.
  • Work with your team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • English literacy skills.
  • Ability to work on the floor for long periods of time.
  • Lift boxes of stock up to 15kg.
  • Able to climb a ladder.
  • Able to push/pull a stock trolley and assist with the moving of equipment when required.
