Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to develop industry leading customer connectedness, deliver expert advice, and build strong relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Investigate customer environments to gain an intimate understanding of laboratory workflows and operations.
- Develop, test, adjust, and optimize solutions utilizing Agilent software products to close customer consumption gaps and drive measurable improvement in scientific and economic outcomes.
- Assist in planning, communication, coordination, and execution of complex technical enterprise level engagements.
- Collaborate internally across business groups and engineering/science disciplines to advance the Enterprise Services Business.
- Provide expert knowledge of relevant software for data acquisition and analysis, as well as deep knowledge of Agilent product portfolio.
- Maintain superior customer relationship management skills, with a flair for consultative problem solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years relevant industry experience in laboratory environment as a laboratory user.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, within an organization and across organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to move forward in the face of adversity and provide leadership, vision, drive, and innovation to complex situations.
