AUS Medtronic Australia is seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our esteemed Cranial and Spinal Technologies team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, clinical support, and territory management for our Queensland region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our highly successful Spinal and Biologics team, driving key customer success by supporting and training customers on Medtronic Spine and Navigation products and services.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with regional Spinal Sales and neurosurgery teams to identify new users and grow technology adoption.
  • Prioritize customer technical support and execute company programs with the State Sales manager.
  • Document new or existing installations and coordinate site visits with area managers.
  • Represent Medtronic during procedures to provide technical assistance and educate customers on product use.
  • Provide timely information on customer concerns and market opportunities to the regional team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years relevant experience, or Associate Diploma with 6+ years experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical setting or within the medical device industry.
  • Biomedical background and previous knowledge of Image Guided surgery (IGS).
  • Robot operating systems and engineering experience.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, as well as a flexible benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
