Customer Service Excellence Role

This is a dynamic 12-month contract opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences to major account customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and provide scheduled reporting for customers and the sales team. Maintain sales trend records, manage sales tracking tools, and provide essential insights.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of customers onto our eCommerce portal.
  • Support Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Development staff by assisting with processes, reporting, and operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify and drive improvements in administrative processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce customer service enquiries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall sales success.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of administration experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (familiar with Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Confident communication – able to challenge and ask questions when appropriate.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Focus on integrity.
