Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead investigations and projects in the Consumer and Fair Trading Division. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and providing advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans for investigations and/or projects, ensuring alignment with compliance and enforcement policy.
  • Identify suitable resolutions for identified actions, changing market behaviours, activities, and issues.
  • Prepare internal and external documents, develop effective working relationships, and provide advice on trends and patterns.

About the Role

  • Comprehensive knowledge of competition and consumer law is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing investigations and/or projects, with efficient allocation of resources and delivery of outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
