The IDR Hardship Case Manager role in our Customer Resolutions team plays a vital part in investigating and resolving customer complaints. You will be responsible for managing hardship, collections, and credit reporting complaints within our Internal Dispute Resolution team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their concerns and issues.
  • Investigate the root causes of reported issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to gather information, analyse data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Closely work with internal departments and external partners to coordinate and implement solutions.
  • Identify potential risk factors and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collect and pass on feedback to relevant teams.
  • Support and manage change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
