Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at AVANI Broadbeach residences on the Gold Coast.
You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, carrying out repairs within the property, and ensuring that all facilities are in good working order.
Responsibilities- Maintain daily work records and service schedules;
- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property;
- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
