Before and After School Care Educational Leader

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Before and After School Care professional to lead our educational programs for children aged 5-12.

  1. Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the needs of children in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care settings.
  2. Build strong relationships with children, families, and schools through effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Support your team as a mentor and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in before and after school care.
  • A passionate and innovative approach to creating quality education and care for children aged 5-12.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant frameworks and regulations, including the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.
  • Preferably a Diploma qualification in Outside School Hours Care or Children's Services.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Must hold a current Employee Working with Children's Check and Child Protection Training.
  • Reliable transportation required for commute to Bonnet Bay, NSW 2226.
  • Teaching experience preferred.

  • Ability to relocate to Bonnet Bay, NSW 2226 prior to commencement.
