Pond Maintenance Crew Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a crucial role in preserving the allure of our ecosystem ponds on residential and commercial properties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on ecosystem ponds.
  • Check, troubleshoot, and install pond equipment.
  • Clean and maintain pond equipment, filters, and pumps.
  • Enhance the aesthetic appeal of the ponds by performing landscaping tasks around them.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in pond maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a similar field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid manual driver's license.
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Good communication skills.
