Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to provide crucial support in Emergency Management. Key responsibilities include managing procurement activities, developing procurement documentation, and overseeing commercial exercises.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing procurements and vendor contract extensions for technology and data platforms.
  • Providing market analysis and strategic input for high-level decision-making.
  • Developing and implementing sourcing activities to establish contracts across various goods and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing software and services procurement programs for critical infrastructure.
  • Expertise in end-to-end procurement activities, including ICT contract and vendor management.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
