We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a key role in empowering our school community to create and implement culturally rich strategies that uplift and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
As Cultural Liaison Officer, you will assist with the delivery of cultural programs, including the use of technology and learning support activities. You will also provide support and advice to students with diverse cultural needs, supervise small groups and individual students, and collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure appropriate support services meet the unique needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
The successful candidate will have experience assisting with delivering cultural programs and using technology for learning support, as well as providing support for students with diverse cultural needs. They will also possess collaboration skills to work with teachers and staff in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and strong writing skills to assist in drafting newsletter articles and updates.
