About the Role

Alfred Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Allied Health Assistant to join our Physiotherapy Department at Caulfield Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists with assessments and treatments, including exercise programs and equipment delivery.
  • Coordinate and organize services upon discharge, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and equipment ordering, to support the physiotherapy team.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a responsive and flexible service.
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III or higher qualification in Allied Health, Registered Nursing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting or with a multidisciplinary health team is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
