About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator and Installer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our engineering projects, requiring skilled fabrication and installation of structural steel components on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel components according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and erection drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
  • Operate welding equipment and other tools required for steel component fabrication and installation.
  • Maintain high standards of safety regulations and quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal engineering teams to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a structural steel fabricator/installer or willingness to learn and develop relevant skills.
  • A strong understanding of shop drawings and erection drawings, with the ability to accurately interpret them.
  • Highly skilled in setting out steel on site, ensuring precise and efficient execution.
  • Proficient in the use of welding equipment and other tools necessary for steel component fabrication and installation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholders and achieve successful project outcomes.
