Job Title: Instructor and Training Specialist

This role involves developing and delivering training programs to students, focusing on loadshifting, workplace tickets, and licences. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and certification
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure tailored training services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing professional development
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or its successor)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in high-risk work licencing, elevated work platform operation, crane operation, or basic rigging
  • Accredited SafeWork SA Assessor or willingness to become one
  • Recent industry experience in multiple workplace tickets (Confined Spaces, Work Safely at Heights, etc.)
