
Youth Mental Health Clinician

As a skilled mental health clinician, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and interventions with young people and their families.
Working closely with the wider Alfred CYMHS, headspace services, and other community services, you will ensure co-ordinated transitions and integration of services across the system of care.
The Mobile Assessment & Treatment Team (MATT) offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where staff work in close collaboration to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people and their families, working as part of a rotating roster with minimal office time and frequent opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant professional registration or membership with the relevant registering body
- Therapeutic training highly desirable
- Experience in working with psychosis/alcohol and other drug issues
- Australian working rights
- Current Victorian Driver's License
- Current Influenza vaccination
- Current Working with Children Check & be willing to undergo a Background Check
- Additional allowances and annual leave allowances
- AM & PM shifts - work no later than 10pm
- Minimal office time as the majority of work is outreach (always in pairs)
