About this role:
We're seeking a skilled professional to support and guide clients in attaining suitable, meaningful employment opportunities.
You'll develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, assess job seeker skills, abilities, identify barriers and develop intervention strategies.
- Develop work preparation strategies, job seeking strategies, tailored interventions, and employment support activities.
- Provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience.
You'll be self-driven, resilient, and hungry to succeed. You have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to use computer systems.
You can build rapport, grow, and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers. You are passionate about achieving KPIs and hold a current NDIS Worker Screening check or are willing to obtain one.
