Job Overview

This is a key leadership position that oversees the successful delivery of projects on-site. The role requires strong coordination and management skills to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have relevant on-site experience in a project environment, ideally within construction. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to maintain progress
  • Provide on-site reporting, tracking progress, and managing resources effectively
  • Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture and adherence to WHS standards
  • Work closely with project managers, trades, and contractors to meet key milestones

Note: This role includes some night shifts, so flexibility is required.

Qualifications / Skills
  • An electrical trade licence is essential
  • Minimum of five years relevant on-site experience in a project environment, ideally within construction
  • Prior experience with resource planning and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Permanent work rights in Australia are necessary
