Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to children and adults with neurological, sensory, and physical impairments. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering effective and engaging therapy sessions, and will be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role
  • Caseload: Primarily community-based, including home, hospital, and community visits
  • Demographics: 80% paediatric / 20% adult cases
  • Scope: Experience a diverse and stimulating caseload with children and adults dealing with various challenges

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including those with developmental delays, feeding and swallowing difficulties, and autism spectrum disorder. Our team provides comprehensive therapy services, including speech and language therapy, self-care and play skills development, and life skills support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to children and adults with various needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development of new therapy programs and services
Benefits
  • Salary Packaging: $80,000 - $115,000 + Super
  • Relocation Allowance: Negotiable
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
