Geoscience Skills Development Opportunity

This is a two-year graduate program designed to enhance your geoscience skills and data awareness before entering the resources sector. As a participant, you will engage in advanced research and project activities to equip yourself with the expertise required to excel in the resources sector.

Key Program Objectives
  • To develop advanced and applied geoscience skills through theoretical and practical training.
  • To provide participants with hands-on experience in accessing and using geoscience data effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Penultimate year students in Honours or Master's degree at Western Australian universities are eligible for this program.
  • A commitment of two years and signing a deed with the employer is mandatory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must possess strong academic records in geoscience-related fields.
  • Familiarity with geoscience software and tools is highly desirable.
