Marymede Catholic College is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of Wellbeing Leader. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and growth of our students, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Support Student Wellbeing: Provide guidance and resources to students to promote their emotional, social, and academic wellbeing.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement wellbeing programs and initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the broader community to promote the values and mission of Marymede Catholic College.
- Leadership and Development: Contribute to the development of our school community by providing leadership and support in areas such as student wellbeing, staff professional development, and community engagement.
- Commitment to Catholic Education: A demonstrated commitment to the values and mission of Catholic education.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and the community.
