Retail Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused retail sales professional to join our organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom and display areas
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Able to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods
