About the Role
ECCO Hornsby, Warringah, Mosman & St Ives are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium, fast-paced environment; uphold the quality of our brand and achieve sales of shoes and related products.
Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards.
General housekeeping and store tidiness.
Skills & Experience
Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
Professional and committed to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
Team player who thrives on building relationships; growth mindset; loves product knowledge and training; willingness to learn.
Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
