Job Opportunity: Pharmacy System Manager
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to lead the optimization and advancement of pharmacy informatics systems across our district. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on improving workflow efficiencies, enhancing medication safety, and driving innovation through the implementation of new technologies and electronic systems.
About the Role:
- This is a district-wide position that will require working at multiple sites including but not limited to: RPA, CRGH, and Canterbury Hospital.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and deadlines, collaborating closely with pharmacy, ICT, eHealth, and vendors, and contributing to strategic planning.
- This role is ideal for a forward-thinking individual who thrives on improving processes and implementing new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration as a pharmacist with no restrictions and extensive experience in a hospital pharmacy environment.
- Experience with pharmacy informatics systems and a good understanding of pharmacy information requirements.
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines.
