Role
In the role ofAgribusiness Manager 1, you will join theRegional & Agribusiness Teamthat's doubling down on winning together
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of Agribusiness customers
Provide tailored financial solutions to farmers and regional customers
Build strong, long-term relationships across the community
Identify opportunities to add value and drive sustainable growth
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Agribusiness sector and regional markets within Banking and Finance
Experience in relationship management and financial solutions
A commercial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Commitment to delivering customer-first experience
