Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

About the Role
Pact Group is a leading manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain high-speed filling lines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with mechatronics technicians to optimize equipment efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and document production performance and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to operate and maintain complex machinery, including high-speed filling lines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift license and ability to work rotating shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
